The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/342/323/325/307/435/353/332/333 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against him and at best, it can be said to be a member of the crowd.
Considering the aforementioned submissions and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35667 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 P2/2 of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 495/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
