Perused the impugned order dated 21.05.2016 passed in Title Partition Suit No. 09 of 2004 by Sub-Judge-Ist, Patna City, whereby the learned court below rejected the application under Section 151 C.P.C.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the court below has passed a reasoned order and recorded finding that the petitioner has not been able to satisfy the court below that he was forcibly dispossessed at this stage and, accordingly, the application has been rejected.

In view of the above finding, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order. Thus, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
