The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sikarpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2017 registered under Sections 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Specific allegation is against co-accused Ishwar Chandra Prasad. Petitioners did not take any payment nor did they misappropriate any Government fund. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24377 of 2017 (3) dt.25-07-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sikarpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
