Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "For seeking extension of time for completion of the arbitral proceedings being Reference Case No. 1 of 2018 in pursuance of the order dated 06.09.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Request Case No. 25 of 2019 whereby this Hon'ble Court was pleased to appoint Hon'ble Justice Madhavendra Sharan as the Sole arbitrator in place of Hon'ble Justice Navaniti Prasad Singh (1st Arbitrator) to consider the disputes between the
Patna High Court REQ. CASE No.113 of 2022 dt.23-11-2022 2/2 parties and conclude the arbitration proceedings expeditiously as per the provisions of the Act." On the joint request of all the parties, the period for completing the arbitral proceedings is extended by not more than three months from today.
Parties undertake to appear before the learned Arbitrator on 5th of December, 2022 and apprise him of the passing of the order.
It stands clarified that no further opportunity shall be afforded.
The present petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
