JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It was co-accused Gopal Krishna, who is said to have shot fire upon the chest of the deceased. So far as petitioner is concerned, no specific overt act has been attributed against him. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S.Case No. 53 of 2016.
