Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nardiganj Police Station Case No 143 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 135 and 137 of Indian Electricity Act.
Submission is made on behalf of the petitioner that from perusal of the seizure list, the case under Sections 135 and 137 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 seems doubtful. The submission warrants consideration for the purpose of anticipatory bail as seizure list shows recovery of wire and conveyor belt only.

No.24309 of 2017 (2) dt.31-05-2017 2/2 The petitioner, therefore, on his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (Electricity), Magadh Area, Gaya in connection with Nardiganj PS Case No 143 of 2016 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code. The instant order will not come in the way of recovery of the amount shown due from the petitioner in accordance with law.
