Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Town P.S.Case No. 327 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417, 420, 327, 396 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she has taken Rs.40 lakhs from the complainant, which has been transferred to the RTGS but now she is not returning the money. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no chit of paper to show that there was agreement between the parties and Panchnama also shows that other persons were directed by the Panches to pay the amount.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22614 of 2018 (5) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that money was transferred to RTGS that cannot be denied. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
