Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kanti P.S. Case No.95 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 308, 379, 427, 504, 506, 353 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant (Circle Officer, Kanti Block) alleged that a boy died in road accident and thereafter more than 100150 persons assembled and made protest. It is further alleged that the mob assaulted the informant dragging him from the vehicle.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no

The villagers were making peaceful protest against the road accident but the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the case. Having considered the facts and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.95 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
