The petitioner has filed this petition for quashing of the F.I.R viz. Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 172 of 2012 dated 26.02.2012 which has been registered for the offences under Sections 4/40 of the Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1972, Sections 4, 5, 6 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908 and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932.

In the absence of the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16813 of 2015(3) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 petitioner, this Court is not in a position to know about the stage of the case. However, on going through the materials in the present petition, this Court is not inclined to quash the F.I.R viz. Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 172 of 2012.

The petition stands dismissed.
