From the materials on record including the counter affidavit, which has been filed on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3, which indicate that the Government has allowed a plot of land, measuring

Patna High Court CWJC No.11660 of 2015 dt.04-10-2016 0.07 and 1/2 decimals for the purpose of school, in question, and the State respondents have taken the responsibility to complete the construction of the building of the School within a period of six months, we close this writ petition, which has been brought, in the public interest litigation, with direction to the State respondents to ensure the completion of the proposed construction of the building of the School, in question, within six months from today. We also give liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future, if the situation so warrants, and/or take recourse to appropriate provisions of law as may be permissible.
