Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 129 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be rice miller and according to prosecution case itself, he supplied 1617.30 quintals rice and admittedly, for realization of the dues amount in question, a certificate case has already been instituted. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is
