2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 34 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners are alleged to have assaulted father-in-law of informant with butt of pistol.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61596 of 2024(2) dt.12-09-2024 2/2 the petitioners and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that they assaulted father-in-law of informant. Doctor has found the injuries sustained by the injured to be grievous in nature.
