2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 22.06.2024 at about 5:45 AM, while the informant was working in her house, in the meantime, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, came there and started abusing her. It is further alleged that upon protest, this petitioner fired upon the informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, informant is own

It is further submitted that though there is allegation of firing against this petitioner but no one has sustained any fire arm injuries.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhagalpur, in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
