The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Birpur P.S. Case No. 70/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 741/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 8/10 Examination Act, 2010.

The petitioner is an examinee of Bihar Secondary School Examination Board having Roll Code No. 42010, Roll No. 61400056. The petitioner set up one Shambhu Kumar who was appearing at the examination to fetch good marks. Shambhu Kumar was apprehended and he disclosed the same facts. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner to fetch good marks set up Shambhu Kumar, I am not
