The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajpur P.S. Case No.214 of 2013 registered under Section 19 (C) (ii) (vi) of the Fertilizer Control Act and under section 7(1)(a)(ii) of the Essential Commodities Act.

The gist of allegation is that the Block Agricultural Officer made allegation against the petitioner that on the occasion of Bihar Shatabdi Farmer Exhibition, the petitioner had to store and show the exhibition for sale, promotion and distribution of Vermi Compost and City Compost but it was found that the petitioner had stored press mud, Super Shakti Jaivik Khad at the stall.

It is submitted that the petitioner has not violated any

Having considered the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.214 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
