Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 506, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that the petitioners assaulted the members of the informant's side with sharp cutting weapon Farsa and Dabia over their head causing their injury. It is submitted that there is case and counter case between both sides and the dispute relates to the passage and the injury report is very confusing.

No.30507 of 2017 (2) dt.10-07-2017 2/2 However, it appears that some of the injured as per the injury report annexed with this petition shows some of the injured have sustained grievous injury, so the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, namely, Ashraf Ansari @ Asrat Ansari, Ashif Ansari and Zakaullah @ Jakaullah Ansari in connection with Trial No.4171 of 2016 arising out of Dhaka P.S. Case No.44 of 2016, G.R. No.151 of 2016 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhana, Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
