The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 82 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the allegation of misappropriation of government fund against the petitioner is totally baseless. On perusal Annexures-3, 4 and 4/1 to the supplementary affidavit, it appears that the lists of the account numbers of the concerned schools were prepared by the petitioner and after verifying and comparing with the lists of actual beneficiaries, the same had already been sent to the District Welfare Officer. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.
