2. This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.3367 of 2020, which stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the order dated 15.07.2024 passed by this Court.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in

Patna High Court MJC No.2845 of 2024(3) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 this application, explaining omission on the part of the petitioner, C.W.J.C. No.3367 of 2020 is restored to its original file.

4. Accordingly, this restoration application is allowed.
