No. 3376 of 2021, by which petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 716 of 2020 pending in the Court of A.D.J.-II-cum-Spl. Judge, Excise, Saran.

In the second and last paragraphs of the order dated 16.11.2021, "Simri P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018" and "A.C.J.M.- IV, Buxar" have wrongly been typed in place of "Sonepur P.S. Case No. 716 of 2020" and "A.D.J.-II-cum-Spl. Judge, Excise, Saran" respectively, as contained in paragraph-6 of the modification application. Let the same be corrected to be read as "Sonepur P.S. Case No. 716 of 2020" and "A.D.J.-II-cum-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70247 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 Spl. Judge, Excise, Saran" and also let the time to surrender of the above named petitioners pending in the Court of A.D.J.-IIcum-Spl. Judge, Excise, Saran be further extended by four weeks from today.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
