Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant's two lacs rupees, mobile and other articles were robbed leading to registration of the First Information Report against four unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of the co-accused. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the petitioner and petitioner has no criminal antecedent. A statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36215 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 a period of six weeks in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 373 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
