JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-11-2017 By order dated 02.11.2017 the Superintendent of Police, Gaya, as well as the Officer-in-Charge, Belaganj P.S., were directed to remain present in Court to explain as to why the vehicle of the petitioner, bearing registration No.BR1GA-0755, seized in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No.131 of 2014, was not released in spite of order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

Today counter affidavit has been filed stating that the vehicle has already been released in favour of the petitioner. Petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid assertion. In the circumstances, personal appearance of the aforesaid person stands dispensed with and this writ application stands disposed of as grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.
