Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

According to the prosecutions case petitioner was caught while he was fleeing away after seeing t the police party and on beading searched one loaded country made pistol was recovered from his waist for which he did not produce any valid paper.

On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. It is further submitted that petitioner may be released on bail after completion of six months in custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29351 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 from 09.03.2015.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner has criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail after completion of six months in custody from 09.3.2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Balia P.S.
