2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2016 dated 28.12.2016 instituted under Sections 341/323/324/307/504/385/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioners, the application stands disposed off as withdrawal with liberty to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail.

4. In the event, the petitioners surrender before the court below and seek regular bail within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on its own merits without being prejudiced by withdrawal of the present case, in accordance with law, preferably on the same day.
