It appears that on mediation, 50% amount has been paid by the petitioners. The petitioners have paid Rs.2,50,000/- by cheque and Rs.1,50,000/- by account transfer which is accepted by learned counsel for opposite party no.2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seek one month time to give the rest of amount i.e. Rs. 4,00,000/- to the opposite party no. 2.
In that view of the matter, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to surrender within a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19951 of 2018 (4) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 period of six weeks along with a bank draft or cheque duly drawn in favour of opposite party no. 2 and the court below after verifying the same shall release the petitioners on bail to this own satisfaction in connection with Complaint Case No. 1727/2017, Tr. No. 1824/2018.
The above amount so deposited will be released in favour of the opposite party no. 2.
At the same time, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 assured that if the whole payment is made, he will not press the case in Trial.
