ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-05-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 8.9.2011 passed by the S.D.J.M., Masaurhi in Dhanarua P.S. case No.140 of 2011.

It has been submitted that the Informant had filed a Complaint under Section 498A I.P.C. earlier in which an interim arrangement was made but in the meanwhile since the arrangement did not like to the Informant, hence he filed the present First Information Report.

In the nature of dispute between the parties the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

In the interest of the parties, I would direct that the Magistrate concerned to transfer the present case to be merged with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32305 of 2012 dt.04-05-2015 2/2 Complaint case No.1778C of 2010 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna for convenience of the parties. It is made clear that the Opposite Party No.2 will have the right to bring the contents of the present First Information Report also in the Complaint case and she is not to be prejudiced in any manner. With these observations, the application stands disposed of.
