The petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2019 in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 111 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the alleged recovery was made from the tank fixed on the roof of the house of one Gopi Upadhyay and that only 180 bottles of English wine is reported to have been recovered from the pocket of the petitioner and that learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the small quantity of wine also does not belong to the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
