JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-04-2018 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 600 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner in connivance with others cheated the informant and others It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been made accused in this case only because he is brother of one Navin Vilochan, who happens to be one of the staff of the bank against which there is allegation of misappropriation of informants and others money and except that there is absolutely nothing to show his involvement. It has further been stated that the petitioner has also been made accused in two other cases for the

No.17589 of 2018 (3) dt.23-04-2018 2/3 same and single allegation and in both the cases he has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 31/08/2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 40020 of 2017 and vide order dated 19/09/2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 44830 of 2017.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-X-cum-ACJM, Patna. in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 600 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C, it is further subject to the condition that:- (i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
