The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 34/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Jaipal Yadav son of the petitioners on 24.05.2014, but Jaipal Yadav and his family members were demanding a motorcycle and a chain made of gold. On 28.03.2016 the informant got information that his daughter was killed and her dead-body was concealed.

It is submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioners have no manner of

The deceased committed suicide inside her house and her deadbody was cremated. Learned A.P.P. however, opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submitted that during course of investigation many witnesses have supported the case of prosecution.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, they in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 34/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
