Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Turkaulia P.S. Case no. 703 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 379, 323, 447, 448, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. As per FIR, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Specific allegation of assault is against accused, namely, Sk. Shamim. The injury report shows that injuries are simple in nature.

No.31999 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran, in Turkaulia P.S. Case no. 703 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
