Patna High Court C. REV. No.367 of 2016 dt.15-02-2017 2/2 The petitioner seeks review of the order passed by this Court on 20th of April, 2016 on the ground that Civil Review No.183 of 2015 has been filed in L.P.A. No.745 of 2014 which is in respect of similar appeal which has been ordered to be heard after the disposal of S.L.P. (C) No.22304 of 2015.
This Court has passed an order on 20th of April, 2016 relying upon an order passed by this Court in L.P.A. No.416 of 2009. The Special Leave Petition against the same was dismissed. Since an order passed by this Court is based upon an order passed by another co-ordinate Bench, we do not find that pendency of a review application in another matter is a ground to await the decision of review application which is awaiting an order from Supreme Court. We do not find any error apparent on record, which may warrant review of the order. The same is dismissed.
