ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, who is the father-in-law of the deceased lady, is in custody since 18.05.2019 in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No.144 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.476 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 306/34 of the I.P.C. which was subsequently converted into under Section 302 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific role has been attributed to the present petitioner. The allegation is of general and omnibus in nature to all the family members. It is further submitted that the petitioner is already in jail custody since 18.05.2019 and is willing to co-operate in the trial and present himself as and when required.
