This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Karaghar (Sidhi) Police Station Case No. 225 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 328, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is land dispute between the parties on account of that dispute, in which, altercation took place and a case and counter has been lodged by both the parties as both of them have sustained injuries. According to annexure-4, injuries sustained

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29213 of 2017 (3) dt.21-07-2017 by the informant side is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Hence, the petitioners, who are said to be of clean antecedents, deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Karaghar (Sidhi) Police Station Case No. 225 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
