Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 04.05.2019, passed by the Chairman, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna by which the affiliation of Madarsa Banat Khalifa, situated at village/ postReorha, PS-Jale, District-Darbhanga was cancelled. 3.

Learned counsel for the Madarsa Board, referring to the Minutes of the Meeting of Bihar State Madarsa Education Board held on 17.03.2023, submits that the affiliation of all the Madarsas, whose affiliation was cancelled by the then Chairman, has been restored by the Board, pursuant to the order of this Court, passed in L.P.A. no. 216 of 2022.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Board, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
