Having regard to the fact that earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by order of this Court dated 4.6.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 13594 of 2014, this Court is not inclined to now again allow the petitioner to pray for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Pankaj Mandal @ Pankaj Kumar Mandal is rejected but, nothing said in this order shall come in the way of the petitioner in surrendering and making a prayer for regular bail which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
