This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.07.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45721 of 2019, stating that in the bail petition of the petitioner 'each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-X, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 181 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 130 of 2017', has wrongly been mentioned in place of 'each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-III Saran at Chapra, arising out of Khaira P.S. Case No. 181 of 2016 vide Sessions Trial No. 153 of 2019'. In view of the above 'each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-III Saran at Chapra, arising out of Khaira P.S. Case No. 181 of 2016 vide Sessions Trial No. 153 of 2019'

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 52276 of 2019(2) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 shall be read in place of 'each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-X, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 181 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 130 of 2017' in the order dated 24.07.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45721 of 2019.

The order dated 24.07.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45721 of 2019, is modified to the aforementioned extent indicated above.

This modification application is allowed.
