The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 02.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57840 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2015, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and due to the reason that he is the owner of the said Bajaj Discover Motorcycle he has been implicated in this case to which learned APP opposes by submitting that from the motorcycle of the petitioner 40 Kg. Ganja was recovered.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected. However, let the trial be expedited and concluded as
