2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 326, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, while the informant was returning his home meanwhile the petitioner along with coaccused persons intercepted him. Co-accused Raushan Kumar fired with his pistol upon the chest of the informant and this petitioner is said to have assaulted him by means of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has

For the alleged occurrence of dt. 6.11.2021, the FIR was instituted on 10.12.2021 after delay of one months. It is further submitted that the injury report of the informant shows that the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature caused by firearm and the same has been annexed as Annexure-P/2. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 13.1.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kamal P.S. Case No. 294 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., IVth, Begusarai.
