JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 353, 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner is a collecting agent of electricity bill. On the basis of contract in the office, he abused the Assistant Electrical Engineer and threatened to assault him.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a collecting agent of the bill, he was given the contract in the year 2013 and after expiry of the contract, again it has been extended up till 24.10.2017. This petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28955 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Ram Pukar Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No.49 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
