Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sasaram (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 648/2021, for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, on 18.08.2021, there was some

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67845 of 2021(2) dt.02-06-2022 2/3 quarrel between the son of petitioner no. 1 and son of informant. That quarrel was pacified by the persons assembled there. On 24.08.2021, when informant and his brother was returning from the market the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioners encircled them and badly assaulted them. They also opened fire and snatched mobile set and a chain from the brother of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that there is case and counter case. The petitioners are persons of clean antecedents and the injuries sustained by the informant's side are simple in nature.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 648 /2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
