2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 354, 427, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against 8 named accused persons including the present petitioners.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant and petitioners are well known to each other and they belong to the same village. Counsel submits that on a very petty issue, the dispute has arisen between both the parties. Counsel submits that from the same date and place of occurrence, there are two criminal cases filed. One has been filed from the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 58793 of 2023(2) dt.13-09-2023 2/2 informant's side bearing Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 33 of 2023 whereas, Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 29 of 2023 has been filed from the petitioners' side.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the injury has caused from both the sides and from the contents of the F.I.R., there is absolutely no allegation against the present petitioners who are female.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioners are female and there is absolutely no specific allegation in the F.I.R. against them.
7. In the present facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made above, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks' from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M./ Incharge Successor Court, Gopalganj, in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 33 of 2023, dated 08.02.2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) sadique/- U T
