I have passed a detailed order after considering the facts of the case. The chargesheet has been submitted and the case has to go to trial before Special Judge, Vigilance, Patna. Considering the ramifications of the allegations and its ultimate effect on the norms of running democratic institutions, this Court again refuses to direct the release of the above named petitioner on bail.

Petition is rejected.

Let the trial Court buckle its belt up and initiate the trial proceedings immediately.
