Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.Case No. 818 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 504, 506, 448 and 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the daughter of the informant, causing injury to her. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case as he got two sale deeds executed from the father of the injured Chandni and with respect to that cases are going on between the parties and 144 Cr.P.C. proceeding was decided in his favour and, as such, the present false and concocted case has been lodged.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.Case No. 818 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
