2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 21(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 29 piece of 100 ml Codine cough syrup was recovered from a bag.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused on confessional statement of co-accused who was apprehended on the spot.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got three criminal
