The petitioner seeks bail in Dhibra P.S. Case No. 01/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

The informant is police officer got information that extremists were called to assemble near a mountain situated in village Gelha. On such, the petitioner was apprehended but only one mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 19.02.2015. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
