The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The wife of the petitioner made allegation that the petitioner and his family members subjected her to physical and mental torture due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted that the petitioner was married with the complainant in the year 2007. The complaint petition was filed in the year 2013. The petitioner is suffering from kidney ailment and he is unable to move. The complainant left her in lurch and came to her Naihar.

No.31472 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Complaint Case No. 3863 of 2014 (T.R. No. 2525/14), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
