The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 61 of 2012 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are co-villagers and petitioner has been implicated in this case falsely due to political rivalry. Police after investigation submitted final form finding no evidence suggesting involvement of petitioner in the case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35877 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 61 of 2012 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
