This application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, command/commands for commanding the respondents to conduct a free, fair, independent & effect investigation in a time bound manner, under monitoring of this Court in the matter connected with Baligaon Police Station Case No. 40/23 dated 19.04.2023 registered under
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1643 of 2023(3) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 Sections 306, 302, 384, 120 (B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and provide protection of life and property to the petitioner who is old widow lady.
3. Pursuant to the order dated 26.06.2025, the S.H.O. of Baligaon Police Station, Vaishali and the I.O. of the case have appeared.
4. It has come during investigation that after the death of the son of the petitioner, an agreement was entered between the petitioner and her daughter-in-law with regard to the property and thereafter the cremation was done. No FIR was registered by the petitioner at that point of time. Subsequently, the petitioner has filed the present FIR only to harass her daughter-in-law and her grandson as well as the State machinery.
5. I am of the view that the investigation of the case has been done properly and the final form has rightly been submitted.
