JUSTICE ARVIND SINGH CHANDEL ORAL ORDER 24-07-2024 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after passing the impugned order dated 19.07.2023, both the parties have settled their matter and the last one month the Opposite party no. 2 wife is residing with the petitioner. Therefore, petitioner now, does not want to pursue this revision petition and seeking liberty of this Court to file the application under Section 127 of Cr.P.C before the Family Court for cancellation of the impugned order.

2. In view of the above submissions, this application is disposed off with aforesaid liberty.
