The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 234 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 354(B), 379 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have inflicted Dabiya blow on the head of the informant. , It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that injury is simple in nature and there is case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that petitioner is the own elder brother of the informant and they are living in the same Angan. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 234 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
