2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(a). issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs/direction /directions/order/orders directing the respondents to cancel the settlement of 0.475 Acre of lands bearing

Patna High Court CWJC No.14706 of 2025(2) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 Khata No.98, Khesra No.660 situated in Mauza-Ramdihra in Tilauthu Block in the district of Rohtas at Sasaram which has been settled in favour of the respondent no.9 in settlement case no.15 of 2022-23.

(b) To grant such other relief/reliefs as the petitioner May be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate authority/Court for the redressal of the grievance.
